The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission has launched a section on its website dedicated entirely to Hearings. This comprehensive resource consolidates all hearing-related information into one convenient, central location. It is designed to simplify the hearings process and provide clear instruction for all participants.

• Post-Hearing Processes: Information on what occurs after a hearing concludes and subsequent actions
